When will my order ship ?
We offer Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order pairs.
Ready-to-Ship orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it goes out.
Made-to-Order pairs can take anywhere from a few days up to 3 weeks to ship. We clearly label each product page as in stock or made-to-order so you know the timeline before checkout.
What's your return policy ?
Shoes not fitting right ? You can start an exchange through our return portal and we’ll take care of it.
Refunds are only available for Ready-to-Ship (in-stock) pairs.
Made-to-Order pairs aren’t refundable because they’re produced specifically for your order.
We’re working toward making the site fully ready-to-ship over time.
How do Skeleton Clogs fit? Do they run big or small?
They fit true to size for most people.
If you’re a half size, we recommend sizing down to the nearest whole size.
Why did you rebrand
Skeleton Clogs started as a single product idea but we’re passionate about building a full footwear brand, not just one silhouette.
Sunday is the bigger home that lets us release new styles and keep pushing footwear forward while keeping Skeleton Clogs as a core classic.
